Never have we loved to hate a song so much. Or hated to love it. Or whatever. One thing's for sure, Alesha Dixon's latest song is so firmly under our skin, it's at one with our organs.
We love Alesha. Not only is she possibly the nicest lady in pop, but she's also pretty fiesty. Having had a catalogue of love life traumas (her hubby Harvey from So Solid ran off and had a baby with singer Javine) you'd excuse her for locking herself away for a good old blub. But not Alesha! She picked herself up, put on a smile, won Strictly Come Dancing and came back a lot brighter.
Look at how she's polished up over the last few years...
April 2003: With her girlband Mis Teeq. Alesha was the quick talking rapper. The other two were the..., hang on, what DID the other two do?
May 2003: With ex-husband and love rat Harvey. Altogether now, Booooooo....
June 2003: With a bit of a fro, on stage with Mis Teeq.
2005: In her towel when the fire alarm went off at the gym. WE'RE KIDDING! At the opening of a clothes store in London.
2006: Looking sharper and sporting a bob at the Mobo awards.
NOW: Sleek and sexy. And with a Beyonce / Nicole PCD edge. Alesha, we salute you.
